Kyle D. Grandusky, P.E.

Kyle Grandusky has more than 14 years experience in the field of civil engineering. From 2003 to 2011, he was a project manager for a consulting engineering firm in West Palm Beach. During that time, he provided engineering services to land owners, businesses, municipalities, utilities, and 298 drainage districts. His engineering services included preparation of design and construction documents, supporting calculations, opinions of cost, applications for environmental resource and water use permits, NPDES MS4 permit annual reporting, and construction observation and certification. His project experience includes commercial and residential land developments, institutional facilities, public works projects, wastewater collection and transmission systems, water distribution systems, marinas and port facilities, surface water management and other water resource projects. Mr. Grandusky joined Federico, Lamb & Associates in 2012 as a civil engineer. Mr. Grandusky is a professional engineer registered in the State of Florida.

D. Steven Lamb, P.G.

Steve Lamb has more than 36 years experience in groundwater and water use issues, including 21 years as an environmental consultant. Since 1994 he has served as Principal Hydrogeologist for MacVicar, Federico & Lamb, Inc. In this capacity he has conducted water supply and stormwater management projects, obtained consumptive use permits for Public Water Supplies, agricultural and industrial projects and conducted modeling of complex groundwater and groundwater/surface water systems in both Florida and the Caribbean.

He was Director of Regulation for the South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD) 1991 - 1994 and Director of Water Use Permitting from 1987 - 1991. As Director of Regulation, he was responsible for all regulatory issues within the SFWMD and was the leader in framing the regulatory strategies. He was a key participant in the development of statewide water policy on topics such as wastewater reuse, minimum flows and levels, and permit streamlining. Mr. Lamb is a registered professional geologist.

Steven J. Memberg, P.G.

Steven Memberg has over 20 years of water resource investigations and regulation experience. He previously was a Chief Scientist with the South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD) focused on water policy in the Regulation Division responsible for regional and statewide issues such as consumptive use permitting consistency, the Central Florida Water Initiative (CFWI), regional water supply plans, minimum flows and levels, water reservations, and legislative analyses. He also has worked at the federal and county levels for the United States Geological Survey (USGS) and Broward County in addition to consulting in the private industry. As Florida does not provide many opportunities to discuss volcanoes and glaciers, Mr. Memberg is also an adjunct faculty member of Palm Beach State College teaching Earth Science. Mr. Memberg is a registered professional geologist.
